Renewing my love for Clinique

Beauty boxes have been a large part of the blogging community for the past few years with the likes of Glossybox and Birchbox taking centre stage. In recent months, Cohorted has successfully joined the ranks but I’ll be honest, I’ve kind of gotten over the ‘box’ in general.

That being said, sometimes certain boxes come along and you find yourself at the checkout before you’ve even thought about it. This happened to me with the BritishBeautyBlogger collaboration with super beauty brand, Clinique. The box was just too good to resist and despite my love of a surprise, knowing exactly what I was getting pushed the purchase.

I find that Latest in Beauty do some fantastic limited edition boxes with the Glamour Magazine Edit boxes being some of the best out there. Jane who runs British Beauty Blogger teamed up with LIB to release this wonderful box full of Clinique goodness.
I ordered the box at the end of April for just £18.50 mainly because I love Clinique but more so because I haven’t actually used that many products from the brand in recent years. Sadly, the box sold out pretty sharpish but this isn’t at all surprising!
The box included a broad choice of the best that Clinique offers – there’s some skincare, make up and fragrance which makes this the perfect box for those who are new to the brand but also for those who are big fans and enjoy travel sized with a full sized treat.
The box included:
Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief (15ml)
Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion+ (15ml)
High-Impact Mascara (full size)
Liquid Facial Soap Mild (30ml)
Chubby Stick in Plumped Up Pink (full size)
Take The Day Off Make Up Remover (30ml)
Happy EDP (mini)
I love the mix of travel and full sized products and I’m happy that the mascara and chubby stick were the full sized treats. High Impact is one of my all time favourite mascaras and I had been meaning to rediscover my love. The travel sized skincare bits have been placed in my suitcase for New York (I’ll be there the time this post goes up).
Furthermore, the box included two vouchers – one which invites you to your nearest counter for a treatment and complimentary ‘treat’ and the other is a fantastic £10 off when you spend £40!
This is a well thought out box with something for everyone at a completely incredible price so it’s worth keeping an eye out on LIB for any upcoming boxes.
Now my love for Clinique is restored, I need to get my hands on some of their newer releases…
What’s your favourite Clinique product?
Love, Kate xo
