Nip + Fab are certainly making waves in the beauty sector especially now they’ve announced Kylie Jenner as their new ambassador! Their Glycolic Fix range is one of their bestselling and I’ve got two products that I’ve put to the test for you today.
The Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Facial Pads* (£12.95) are probably my favourite of the two simply because they are so easy to use and require minimal effort. These pads are great for buffing the skin gently and resurfacing it whilst revealing brighter, more youthful skin. The pads are soaked in glycolic acid to retexture, hyaluronic acid for moisture and blue daisy to soothe. I’ve been using these for just over a week, both morning and night post-cleansing and I definitely think my skin looks healthier, less congested and generally brighter.
Finally, the Glycolic Fix Cleanser* (£7.95) is a bottle of foamy goodness. I use this on an evening as an alternative to my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish for a deep cleanse. I’ve found I tend to use this a couple of times a week to really get down into my pores and leave my skin squeaky clean. It can be used daily as it does not strip the skin at all as it includes olive oil to soothe and give hydration. The glycolic acid, as with the pads provides a brightening effect as it buffs and resurfaces the skin whilst the apple amino acids provides the foam and softens the skin. I find the more water I mix in with the cleanser, the more foam I get which I really like – it’s good to have the option of how much foam you actually have going on. After massaging my face for around 60 seconds, I remove the residue with a damp, hot flannel.
I’m really impressed with these products so far and I’m going to continue using them to see how my skin fares. Maybe they will show up in a favourites video soon?
