Charles Worthington Salon at Home has been in Boots for quite some time and their Volume & Bounce range has always been one I wanted to try out. I have quite thin, fine hair and volume is high on my agenda. I’d tried the Texturising Spray (£6.99)* previously and enjoyed how it added great, long lasting volume. What I thought most was that it felt really high end which is the whole premise of the range, to have that salon quality but at home.
I’ve been using the Root Boost Mousse (£5.99)* each time I was my hair and it’s worked well at adding body and lift which I think has slowed down my roots getting greasy. The mousse is lightweight, non-sticky and doesn’t overwhelm my hair at all. I’m thoroughly enjoying using it!
The Shampoo & Conditioner (£5.99 each)* have been a welcome addition to my shower routine as they work well to keep my hair in good condition whilst giving it a boost and in conjunction with the mousse, I’m washing my hair less frequently which makes me really happy. The only downside of these is that they are really hard to dispense from the bottles and I have to squeeze really hard.
I’m really impressed with this range and I’m eyeing up the Strength & Repair range for intensive treatments. The price point is really affordable and they certainly don’t scrimp on quality!
Also, Boots currently have buy 1 get a 2nd half price on Charles Worthington products.
Have you tried any of these?
Love, Kate xo
