AN INTRODUCTION TO THE BALM COSMETICS

I’d been eyeing up theBalm Cosmetics for the longest time. It’s a rather new brand on my radar and when feel unique had a cheeky 25% off I couldn’t really resist. If you read my blog regularly, you’ll know this is an ongoing condition of epic proportions.

How gorgeous is the Mary Lou-Manizer? It’s the most pigmented golden/champagne shade ever. It’s definitely one for a light hand as I learnt in my latest make up tutorial. Whoopsy. I find the texture extremely buttery and long lasting too. It gives such a beautiful sheen to the cheeks and is perfect for this time of year. Can we also mention the packaging – beaaaautiful.

I’ve really fallen in love with the Nude’Tude palette – the beautiful 12 shades are nude (like every other on ze market) but they’re so different to any other palette I own. I adore the darker shades such as Seductive, Silly and Sophisticated but the one I’m really drawn to is Sexy which is such an unusual burgundy matte shade. I adore this in the crease. The shades are, just like the Mary Lou-Manizer, very buttery and pigmented.
I’ve found myself reaching for these two products on a daily basis because they’re so lovely.

Have you tried any products from theBalm?
